1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing PoolLeakFix.com or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it.
2. What PoolLeakFix does
PoolLeakFix provides general pool water-loss information and helps homeowners begin the process of arranging professional pool leak detection. We may collect the property location and symptoms, communicate with you, and share relevant request details with a professional service provider.
PoolLeakFix is not an emergency service. If water loss is creating an immediate electrical, structural, flooding, or safety hazard, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified local professional.
3. Onsite detection and repair services
Professional detection, repair, warranties, scheduling commitments, and onsite work are performed under the terms provided by the company or technician performing that work. A PoolLeakFix form submission does not by itself create a service contract, guarantee an appointment time, establish a final price, or authorize repairs.
Review and approve the provider’s scope, price, preparation instructions, and service terms before work begins.
4. Pricing and payment
Website pricing information is general unless expressly identified as a confirmed quote for your pool. Pool construction, attached spas, water features, plumbing layout, access, symptoms, and required testing can affect the final price.
Unless PoolLeakFix expressly states otherwise in writing, onsite service charges and payment arrangements are between you and the provider performing the service.
5. Referral compensation
PoolLeakFix may receive a referral fee or other compensation when a connection results in scheduled service. This compensation supports the website and does not change your responsibility to review the provider’s proposed scope, price, qualifications, and terms.
6. Your responsibilities
When submitting or scheduling a request, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact, location, access, and symptom information.
- Have authority to request service for the property or permission from the person who does.
- Disclose known hazards, gate restrictions, animals, or conditions affecting safe access.
- Follow preparation and safety instructions provided for the visit.
- Avoid draining the pool, opening equipment, or manipulating unidentified valves when doing so could create damage or unsafe conditions.
7. Website information is general
Articles, charts, calculators, symptom guides, and other content are educational starting points. They cannot inspect your pool or guarantee the source of water loss. Weather, pool design, equipment, plumbing, and property conditions vary. Professional onsite testing is required to locate or narrow many leaks.
8. No guaranteed result
We work to provide useful information and a practical service path, but we do not guarantee that website guidance will identify a leak, that a particular provider will accept every requested job or schedule it at a particular time, or that detection will reveal every condition affecting a pool. Service-specific warranties, if any, come from the provider performing the work.
9. Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful personal or business purposes related to evaluating or requesting pool leak detection. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or abusive requests, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, PoolLeakFix owns or licenses the site’s original text, design, branding, and other content. You may read, print, or share links for personal informational use. You may not republish, sell, or commercially reproduce substantial site content without written permission.
11. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, form, communications, mapping, product, or service platforms. PoolLeakFix does not control their systems, availability, security, content, or independent terms.
12. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” PoolLeakFix disclaims implied warranties regarding the website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolLeakFix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, reliance on general site content, inability to access the site, or the acts or omissions of an independent service provider. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
14. Florida law
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these terms or the website will be handled in an appropriate court located in Martin County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another forum.
